12th Anniversary Party

Thank you to everyone who made it down to our anniversary party on the last weekend of march. We hit capacity for the sold-out festival celebrating twelve years of Siren Craft Brew, and we’re so grateful that you were there to join us in raising a glass to the next twelve!

Siren Stories

Thank you all for sending in your Siren Stores recently - we've been blown away by each and every one of them and it's been fantastic to hear how much of an impact our small brewery has made over the years on your lives.

Keep an eye out for a new blog this week, where we'll be sharing some more of our favourite stories that have been sent in. Soon to be announced, one lucky winner who has had their story shared will be winning an anniversary bundle with a selection of vintage Maiden barley wine bottles!

Venue Updates

Forget Your Troubles, Get Happy (Hour)

Both the G&D and RG1 bar have recently brought in their own Happy Hours - have you been down to take advantage of two for one drinks yet? This is the perfect way to unwind after work, and especially in the sun we’re currently experiencing!

The George & Dragon: Something BIG is coming

We’ll have more news for you in the coming weeks, but we’re excited to announce that the G&D’s new garden project has been greenlit… and work has begun today! Visitors to our rustic and community-focused Swallowfield pub will see a long-overdue update to our garden space. For now, keep Friday 25th - Sunday 27th April in mind as we’ll be hosting something special across that weekend; more details to come soon, so be sure you’re subscribed to The George & Dragon’s email mailing list!

RG1: Lunchtime Deal

We’re pleased to announce a new lunchtime deal over at our flagship Reading bar, which is now live and will run Monday to Friday between 12pm and 5pm. For just £10, treat yourself to a burger or salad with a half pint of soft drink, or two small plates and a half pint of soft drink for £12.50. You can also treat yourself by upgrading to a half pint of flagship beer for just £1 more. And the best part? This deal is available to have in or takeaway!

The Great Siren Easter Egg Hunt

On Sunday 20th April, all three of our venues will be hosting their own eggceptional easter egg hunt for the kids! Simply pick your venue of choice, rock up at 11:30am, and let the hunt begin. This is a free activity, and no prior booking is required. While the hunt itself is for younger audiences, big kids will find a lot to love in an array of fantastic food and drink at each venue (keep an eye out for White Tips, our seasonal White Session IPA, which you’ll likely find on tap at RG1 and our Tap Yard!).

Market House Reading

Market House is a boutique hotel, bar and event space in Reading town centre, and first began pouring Lumina in September of last year. This best-selling Session IPA quickly became a customer favourite, going from being hosted on one tap to now pouring on every bar across the site - including their roof-top bar!

Turning Point's Custard Sessions are coming to the webshop! Launching on the 25th April, we'll be hosting a limited number of each of the new cans online; Yellow Matter Custard, Rhubarb Matter Custard and Caribbean Matter Custard (a collaboration with us!).
