P.s. Missing Soundwave 0.5, our low ABV edition of the flagship IPA? It's coming back into stock at the start of next week (11th August) thanks to a super fresh new batch - don't miss trying it at its best very soon.

Endure24

We were back at Endure24 Reading and Leeds this year and had a fantastic time pouring a range of beers, including the new Siren Pils. It was great to be part of both events, watching runners push themselves over the 24-hour relay and then kick back with a well-earned pint.

As well as being behind the bar pouring beers, a massive congratulations is in order for the Siren relay team too, competing at Endure24 Reading.

"I finished with two 45-minute 8k laps so felt a huge sense of accomplishment! It was great to do something I don’t usually do and really push myself to not let down my team members.” - Louis Coulbeck, Siren Warehouse Manager

Looking further back at June as a whole, we saw record breaking pints poured at our events; and Endure24 was no exception. We even sold out completely of our low ABV Soundwave 0.5 before the event was done.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by for a drink and a chat. We can't wait to be back next year.

Time Hops II: Around The World

Time Hops beer festival is BACK! On the 20th September, we'll be inviting you down for our popular celebration of hops. If you've been to any of our events recently, you'll know you're in for a good time.

This year's Time Hops focusses on four hops from around the world; Galaxy (Australia), Nelson Sauvin (New Zealand), Saaz (Czech Republic) and Strata from the United States. We'll have more news to come over the next few weeks on the four new beers themselves, so keep your eyes peeled.

The festival itself will be packed with plenty of street food (including Fink Street food, Rebel Soul and Killa Waffles), talks and tastings, live music and of course, beers from Siren, guest beers and other brewery bars. It's going to be a hell of an afternoon!

Siren sells Cider!

In a brand-new move for our webshop, we're now stocking cans of Red Fin Cider in their Fresh Apple and Meloncherry flavours. Back in October of last year, we announced a partnership with Red Fin, which set to provide quality flavourful beverages to pubs, bars and restaurants, while remaining a non-financial agreement. You can click here to read the original press release.

Red Fin cider is vegan and naturally gluten free, and is made with 100% fresh Somerset apple juice. If you're local to us in Reading, we also stock the cider in our flagship RG1 bar, Finchampstead Tap Room and George & Dragon country pub.

New for Cask: Tempo 3.8% Pale Ale

Tempo is our brand-new bright, easy-drinking pale ale brewed especially for cask – our tribute to pub perfection. A clean, stripped-back malt base lets the hops shine, layered throughout for depth, structure, and mouthfeel. We're pleased to add Tempo to our regular line-up range, so you'll be sure to spot it at our bars and in bottleshops and pubs on a frequent basis. And did we mention that it's Gluten Free too?

Tonkotsu Beer Tasting

Ramen legends Tonkotsu have joined forces with us to curate a one-off beer and food tasting! The event will be taking place at Tonkotsu East on Tuesday 19th August, and we'd love to see you there.

The event will be hosted by beer expert and drinks journalist Melissa Cole, and you'll will be guided through as tasting of 5 of our carefully selected craft beers matched deliciously with some of Tonkotsu’s signature menu items.

Click here to watch Tim's excellent video on his trip to Tonkotsu, and how our flagship lager Siren Pils works so well on their menu as a permanent menu item.
