Q:Will my order be delivered in time for Christmas?
A: We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day and use DPD next day service to give the beer as much chance as possible of arriving fresh to your door. During busy periods, orders may take up to three working days to dispatch. To order in time for Christmas please place your order by Thursday 19th December 2024.
Q: Can I include a personalised message for my Christmas gift?
A: Yes we can offer this for free! At the checkout page, check the box labeled 'tick to add gift message'. Here, you can enter a gift message of your choosing. We will print this message out and stick it directly inside the box, or for £1.95 extra we will stick the message inside a gift card to be included alongside the order. You can also have this message inside our new Christmas Greetings Card
Q: How can I make an amendment to an order I have placed?
A: We will always try to accommodate changes to orders, when possible, but due to our 24hr delivery turnaround, our packing team will sometimes get to your order before we see your enquiry! Please email siren@sirencraftbrew.com as soon as possible for the best chance of making a change to your order.
Q: I'm ordering for a friend; can I hide the cost of the order?
A: We do not include a physical invoice in the box – just a summary of the included contents. This is because the invoice is part of your email order confirmation. Your chosen recipient will never know how much you’ve spent on them.
Q: What packaging do you use to send the orders out?
A: We use two different sized shipping boxes to send out orders out. Both are Siren branded. Gift Packs and Crackers have their own seperate plain shipping boxes.
Q: Do you have non-alcoholic beer options for Christmas?
A: We have a low/no alcohol section with a range of non-alcoholic beers from Siren and friends. Our new Sparkling Hopwater contains zero alcohol, zero calories, zero caffeine and zero sugar. It's basically zero everything - just exceptionally refreshing, and infused with the finest hops that also flavour our beers.
